Scrum Master

What will you do?

• supporting the healthy functioning and development of an agile team,
• seeking out new paths and directions that lead to achieving even better results in sprints,
• spreading the concepts behind the Agile Manifesto and abiding by its principles,
• facilitating and ensuring the efficient course of all agile ceremonies,
• ensuring transparent communication between the client and development team,
• getting your hands dirty from time to time through activities outside the Scrum Guide,
• building a relationship with your Škoda Auto customer and your product stakeholders,
• actively developing a G:C agile community (Community of Practice (CoP).

What do you need to know and have?

• You won't drown in a waterfall, but rather swim in the waters of agile, and can even handle LeSS or SAF,
• you have experience in leading a development team (onsite/remote) and using tools supporting online cooperation,
• you can quickly get your bearings and remove potential barriers,
• you have at least three years of experience in delivering IT projects and practical knowledge in SDLC,
• you comprehend the principles of developing mobile/web applications, and can coordinate third-party sub-contracting,
• your level of English ensures fluid communication with clients,
• you live by Servant Leadership, you lead by example,
• you feel responsible for what your team delivers,
• you partner with the product owner when working with backlogs, putting a team together and setting up successful delivery.
