Scrum Master / Project Manager

What will you do?

• Support the healthy functioning and development of agile teams,
• Seek new paths and directions that lead to even better project/product outcomes,
• spread the ideas of the Agile Manifesto and follow its principles,
• helping the client and the team to find the optimal form of delivery,
• ensure transparent communication between the client and the development team,
• occasionally getting your hands dirty with activities outside the Scrum Guide,
• building a relationship with your SA customer and your product stakeholders,
• actively develop a G:C agile Community of Practice.

What do you need to know and have?

• You don't drown in a waterfall, but rather swim in agility,
• "Fixed Time Fixed Price" won't surprise you because you can explain to your client that Scope needs to be kept flexible
• you have experience leading a development team (onsite/remote) and using tools that support online collaboration,
• you can quickly navigate and remove obstacles, not just within the team but the client's,
• you have experience in IT project delivery (3 years) and practical knowledge of SLDC,
• you understand the principles of mobile/web application development, and have the ability to coordinate third party sub-delivery,
• English communication level with the client,
• you live Servant Leadership, you lead by example,
• you feel responsible for your team's delivery, so you help the team where it's needed
• you partner with the Product Owner in working with the backlog, assembling the team and setting up effective delivery.
