Scrum Master / Project Manager
Whether we are working on any of our projects such as client portals, mobile apps, smart car configurators for customers or AI for the Škoda Auto production line, we can't do without an experienced (and skilled) Scrum Master / Project Manager. Yes, we're not afraid to mix and match and we're looking for the best of both roles.
What will you do?
- Support the healthy functioning and development of agile teams,
- Seek new paths and directions that lead to even better project/product outcomes,
- spread the ideas of the Agile Manifesto and follow its principles,
- helping the client and the team to find the optimal form of delivery,
- ensure transparent communication between the client and the development team,
- occasionally getting your hands dirty with activities outside the Scrum Guide,
- building a relationship with your SA customer and your product stakeholders,
- actively develop a G:C agile Community of Practice.
What do you need to know and have?
- You don't drown in a waterfall, but rather swim in agility,
- "Fixed Time Fixed Price" won't surprise you because you can explain to your client that Scope needs to be kept flexible
- you have experience leading a development team (onsite/remote) and using tools that support online collaboration,
- you can quickly navigate and remove obstacles, not just within the team but the client's,
- you have experience in IT project delivery (3 years) and practical knowledge of SLDC,
- you understand the principles of mobile/web application development, and have the ability to coordinate third party sub-delivery,
- English communication level with the client,
- you live Servant Leadership, you lead by example,
- you feel responsible for your team's delivery, so you help the team where it's needed
- you partner with the Product Owner in working with the backlog, assembling the team and setting up effective delivery.
