AI Developer
At Green:Code, we develop PROCOP (Production Copilot) for Škoda Auto – an ecosystem of applications designed to digitalize manufacturing processes. We are looking for a Python/AI Developer to help build intelligent search solutions, recommendation systems (e.g. for training production employees), text-to-SQL solutions, technical documentation processing, and machine learning classification models.

What will you do?
- Develop and maintain Python-based microservices within the PROCOP ecosystem.
- Design and develop AI agents and optimize prompts for them.
- Work with large language models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and integration of LLMs into production solutions.
- Design, train, and deploy machine learning classification models.
- Contribute to the cloud infrastructure running on AWS.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and help automate deployment processes.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team at Škoda Auto to define requirements and validate solutions in production.
What are we looking for?
- Commercial experience with Python at a mid-level (real production projects, not just scripting).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Basic knowledge of working with LLMs and AI agents; experience with prompt engineering and/or RAG is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to Mladá Boleslav at least once a week.
