Processing of personal data

Thank you for your interest and possible consent to the processing of your personal data.

The processing of personal data is regulated specifically by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council dating from 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR).

Submitting your resume

If you respond to our an open position with us and send your CV for the selection process, we process the personal data in your CV and your contact details for the purposes of the selection process.

On what legal basis?
This is processing done on the basis of Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR – contract negotiations and cooperation.

How long will we process personal data?
Until the end of the selection process. After its termination, we will continue to process personal data only if we discuss further cooperation with you or if you give us your consent.

Consent to resume/CV retention

If you give someone in our company, we will process your CV (and other data) not only for the purpose of a specific selection procedure, but we will also save it after the procedure for job position has ended.

For what reason?
So that we can contact you in the future if we open a position that you would be a good fit for.

Jedná se o zpracování na základě vašeho souhlasu, tedy na základě čl. 6 odst. 1 písm. a) GDPR.

How long will we process personal data?
A maximum of 2 years from the date of approval or the end of the selection process for the position for which you sent us your CV (whichever event occurs later). You can withdraw your consent at any time or extend it.

What happens if you withdraw consent?
We will not keep your CV for future open positions.

Who has access to the data?

Your data will remain inside our company. Alternatively, if you communicate with us through the platform as part of job recruitment, personal data will be made available to this platform in accordance with its contractual and GDPR terms.

We store CVs in the Datacruit system.

Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data

We do not work with data in such a way that automated decision-making or profiling occurs.

Your data remains in the territory of the European Union.
The GDPR regulation gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and ask for information about how we process your personal data, request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing. You can request a copy of the processed personal data, request in extreme cases erasure of personal data. You have the right to data portability. Granted consent can be revoked at any time and objections can be raised against processing on the basis of legitimate interest.

If you think that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
