AI Project Manager
At Green:Code, we're currently working on several exciting projects for Škoda Auto, all connected by one common theme – agentic development. From a complete greenfield rewrite of a large internal platform, through a hardware-connected application, to internal tools integrated with enterprise systems. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who has IT project management in their DNA and sees AI as a natural part of their everyday work—not just another tool.

What will you do?
- Lead IT projects for Škoda Auto using agile methodologies (and occasionally waterfall).
- Collaborate with the development team from the earliest stages of the project and bring your own ideas to the table.
- Organize the team's work and prioritize incoming requirements.
- Ensure smooth communication between the development team and project stakeholders.
- Keep projects on track by managing milestones and adjusting timelines when needed.
- Help improve processes and systems to maximize your team's efficiency.
What are we looking for?
- At least 3 years of experience delivering IT projects, including coordinating external vendors or subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Gantt charts.
- The ability to combine the best of Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on the project and its needs.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to motivate and lead others.
- AI tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot have become part of your everyday toolkit.
- Comfortable communicating with clients in English.
Who will you meet at the job interview?
Tomáš is an agilist at heart. Not only does he lead our team of scrum masters and project managers, but he also isn’t afraid to step in and act as a full-fledged scrum master himself. He sees the agile approach not as a set of instructions but as a mindset – and he applies it in life as well. He moved from Prague to the Vysočina region, where with great dedication (and patience worthy of an agile coach) he is building his own house. When he is not working on a backlog or supervising construction, he immerses himself in developmental psychology. As a former analyst, he tends to break things down into their basic components and then carefully put them back together again.
