AI Solution Analyst

You won't be stuck on one long-term project. Instead, you'll be involved in diverse initiatives across the company where AI solves specific business challenges (costs, production, decision-making, etc.). Your involvement will range from short analyses and PoCs to longer team engagements, often working on multiple projects in parallel. Depending on the brief, you’ll step in at different stages—sometimes at the very beginning to identify and validate solutions, other times during development or implementation.
What kind of projects might you work on?
- Identifying and eliminating hidden costs using AI
- Chatbots and AI assistants powered by internal data
- Recommendation systems
- Supply chain tools and vendor management optimization
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design solutions for both existing products and new AI use cases
- Contribute to application design (often utilizing LLMs/chatbots), including high-level architecture
- Validate PoCs and help decide which initiatives are worth scaling
- Act as a bridge between Business, Development, and the Data/AI teams
- Dive deep into complex projects while helping to kickstart others with rapid direction
Your Profile
- Experience in IT business analysis (Medior+ level)
- Ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics and domains
- A genuine interest in AI and a solid overview of current trends and practical applications (you don’t need to train models yourself)
- Self-reliance and the ability to drive tasks to completion without micro-management
- Fluency in Czech and English for professional communication
Nice-to-have Skills
- Background in solution design or architecture
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI-driven projects
- Data literacy and orientation in data structures
