CMS Support Specialist
We are looking for a technically minded teammate to take care of the Cosima content management system, which is used to create user manuals for Škoda Auto vehicles and the entire VW Group. We are not looking for a programmer or editor. We are looking for someone who can understand data and system logic and help others when they are stuck.

What will you do?
- Prepare publication projects and language editions,
- work with XML data,
- provide technical administration of the Cosime content management system,
- support editors when they have issues with the system,
- test new versions of the system fine-tune outputs,
- communicate with Teams within Škoda Auto and across the VW Group.
What do you need to know? What skills should you have?
- Logical and analytical thinking,
- experience working with data (Excel, XML),
- understanding of logical operators (AND/OR),
- English at least B2 level,
- desire to learn Cosima system (knowledge is not required),
- willingness to be on-site in Mladá Boleslav (Kosmonosy) 2-3 days a week.
We consider as a benefit
- Knowledge of some CMS system (Cosime, Adobe Experience Manager, or others),
- familiarity with XMetal, HTML, CSS, Python.
