Conversational Developer / Designer
Join the Virtual Assistant Competence Centre team at Škoda Auto and participate in the development of innovative chatbots and voicebots on the Cognigy platform. We are looking for a conversation designer who can design and implement functional and user-friendly conversational scenarios. If you have experience with conversational AI, are proficient in JavaScript or another scripting language, and want to work on interesting projects, we'd love to welcome you to our team.

What will you do?
- Design and implement conversational scenarios for chatbots and voicebots on the Cognigy platform;
- optimize them to be user-friendly and lead to positive interactions;
- test them to ensure they work properly;
- develop simple JavaScript scripts to extend and customize the functionality of these scenarios;
- continuously analyze their performance and implement improvements based on feedback and analytical data;
- communicate with clients to understand their needs and tailor conversational solutions to their requirements.
What must you have or know already?
- Experience with a conversational AI platform, ideally Cognigy;
- design and implement complex conversational scenarios;
- algorithmization and scripting;
- think creatively and solve problems effectively;
- good communication skills in both Czech and English;
- knowledge of using AI and NLP technologies is an advantage.
