Frontend Developer
Green:Code was founded by combining the strengths of Škoda Auto, a leader in the automotive industry, and Etnetera Group, a leading technology company. We bring together the best of both worlds. We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to join the ŠKODA Space project – an internal portal that we are building completely from scratch, using a modern technology stack and AI agent-based development as a natural part of our daily work.

What will you do?
- Participate in the complete redevelopment of ŠKODA Space from the ground up – building both a new frontend and backend using a modern JavaScript stack.
- Develop both frontend and backend components – the entire stack is based on JavaScript.
- Work with Payload CMS.
- Use AI tools and agent-based development approaches directly in the development process – not just for chatting or copying code.
- Design technical solutions for a high-traffic platform with thousands of interconnected links.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate within an Agile team alongside other developers.
What are we looking for?
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript and React.
- Experience with MUI is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience using AI in software development – you actively integrate AI tools into your coding workflow, not just as a chatbot for code generation.
- Experience with Payload CMS is a plus; experience with Next.js is required.
- Good command of English, both for reading technical documentation and occasional communication with partners.
- Experience with Git, Jira, and Confluence (or similar tools).
- Ability to work independently and perform well under time pressure – this is a large-scale platform serving real production traffic.
- Strong communication skills.
