IT Business Analyst
You might already know the MyŠkoda mobile app as a driver. We have taken the experience gained during its development and applied it to the Volkswagen app, where we have been spearheading the entire Aftersales domain for the second year running. We are looking for an IT Business Analyst who will help transform user and business needs into functional solutions, act as a reliable partner for the development team, and contribute to the ongoing growth of a product used by end customers worldwide. What will you do?
- Analyze both minor and major requirements regarding the development of new product features
- Contribute to the solution architecture design
- Consult on and gather stakeholder requirements, analyze them, and translate them into IT language for your development team colleagues
- Analyze and design business processes
- Support business users and the Product Owner
- Cooperate with neighboring/cross-functional teams
- Create documentation, including diagram modeling
Your Profile
- Facilitating workshops with both business stakeholders and technical colleagues
- Creating High-Level Concepts, as well as use case specifications and business process definitions
- Foundations of IT analysis (you are comfortable with basic integration analysis, understand system communication principles, and can draw a sequence diagram)
- Modeling in UML notation
- Excellent communication skills in both Czech and English (having them down pat)
Nice-to-have Skills
- Knowledge of IT system architecture
- Knowledge of modeling within Enterprise Architect (EA) and ArchiMate
- Experience with UX and Figma
- Interest in AI and its practical use in daily work
- German language skills (enough to handle small talk or talk shop with colleagues from the Group)
