IT Project Manager
Whether we are supporting the development of client portals, mobile applications, smart car configurators for customers, or participating in the implementation of AI into manufacturing processes, we cannot get by without an experienced (and skilled) IT Project Manager.

What will you do in our organisation?
- You will act as the Product Owner’s right hand, working with someone who wants to expand their product to other brands within the group;
- Communicate actively and lead negotiations with colleagues within the group;
- Organize the team's work agenda and sort incoming requests;
- Ensure efficient communication between the development team and stakeholders;
- Oversee compliance with the chosen project methodology;
- Monitor milestones and make any necessary adjustments to schedules in a timely manner;
- And, last but not least, collaborate on project documentation.
What can you do? What (skills) do you have? What do you know?
- Jira, Confluence or Azure;
- Experience with delivery of IT project (minimum 3 years) and knowledge of SDLC;
- You know how to pick the best from agile and waterfall concepts for a given situation or product;
- You can coordinate subcontracting;
- Communicating with clients in German and English is no problem for you; and
- Knowledge of IAM (Identity & Access Management) is an advantage.

Who will you meet at the job interview?
Tomáš is an agilist at heart. Not only does he lead our team of scrum masters and project managers, but he also isn’t afraid to step in and act as a full-fledged scrum master himself. He sees the agile approach not as a set of instructions but as a mindset – and he applies it in life as well. He moved from Prague to the Vysočina region, where with great dedication (and patience worthy of an agile coach) he is building his own house. When he is not working on a backlog or supervising construction, he immerses himself in developmental psychology. As a former analyst, he tends to break things down into their basic components and then carefully put them back together again.
