OFFLINE 2024: We Survived and Conquered!
Once again, the traditional OFFLINE event brought together all companies from the Etnetera Group — and for the third year in a row, Green:Code was proud to be part of it. This autumn getaway has become a company tradition, combining fun, teamwork, and unforgettable experiences under a unique annual theme.
This year’s edition didn’t start easily. Floods washed away the original date, but giving up isn’t our style. So, despite the rain, our Green:Code crew boarded the train and headed to the Tišina Camp, ready for the new theme: Survivor. Teams were divided by colors, given their tribal flags, and the adventure began.
Challenges, Determination, and Victory
The event was packed with challenges — physical, mental, and a few that truly tested courage. From walking on fire and facing snakes to eating unusual dishes, every test required teamwork, trust, and resilience. Competitions ranged from sports and puzzles to intense duels, where strength of both body and mind mattered.
As teams were eliminated one by one, only the strongest made it to the final challenge — starting a fire in the rain. Not an easy task, but one team managed to light the spark of victory faster than the rest.
We’re incredibly happy to have shared this amazing experience with colleagues across Etnetera Group. Huge thanks to the organizers for turning adversity into an unforgettable adventure — and to our energetic host Michal for keeping spirits high. And the winners?
