Terms for Suppliers

On this page we publish documents that form part of our contractual cooperation with suppliers. The documents below form an integral part of the framework agreement on the provision of services concluded with Green:Code s.r.o. and constitute commercial terms within the meaning of Section 1752 of the Czech Civil Code.

The binding version is always the one effective in the given period. We notify suppliers of changes at least 30 days before they take effect, in the manner agreed in the contract. Previous versions remain available in the archive below.

Security Terms

The Security Terms set out the minimum security obligations of a supplier when providing services: rules for accounts and access rights, device requirements including private devices (BYOD), information handling, software and licences, secure development, the use of artificial intelligence, security incident reporting, and termination of cooperation.
