The Digital showroom experience (DISE) connects interactive touch devices, large-format screens and Škoda Auto applications in a single, seamless environment. It enables visually engaging presentations of models, equipment and features; supporting customers throughout their decision-making journey. Easy to integrate, DISE is already in use at hundreds of dealerships worldwide.
The showroom environment is evolving and so are customer expectations.
While some visitors seek expert guidance from sales staff, others prefer to explore the product and service offer independently and at their own pace. Škoda Auto was looking for a way to harness digital technologies to create a showroom experience that naturally blends both approaches and brings the car selection process into a new, visually interactive dimension.

We developed a technology solution that connects customer interaction with visually compelling car presentations.
The setup includes 4K touch tables, large-format screens, tablets and interactive panels displaying detailed information about models, equipment lines, color combinations and driver assistance systems. The system communicates with common existing Škoda Auto applications., including the car configurator and stock vehicle listings. The result is a seamless digital environment that supports customer decision-making at every stage of the buying journey.


More than 200 dealerships worldwide already make full use of the digital showroom technology, and around 800 use at least one of its tools.
The solution is particularly popular in UK market, as well as in Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Egypt and Kuwait. It enables Škoda Auto to respond more effectively to diverse customer needs and to present vehicles in a modern, visually engaging way. Interactive visualizations build confidence in the purchasing process while saving time for sales teams. The digital showroom enhances customer comfort, strengthens trust and elevates the brand’s image.
