Processing of personal data

For everything to work properly, we need your personal data,so you should know that our company, Green:Codes.r.o., ID no. 141 18 343, registered address Jankovcova 1037/49,Holešovice, 170 00 Praha 7, needs to process the personal data of jobapplicants. This mainly includes:

• specific,descriptive personal data consisting of the Applicant’s email address andpersonal data as stated in the CV that they attach to this form.
• Green:Codes.r.o. is further authorized to also process special categories of personaldata (sensitive personal data) disclosed by the Applicant in the attached CV.

Green:Code s.r.o. processes personal data inaccordance with Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Councilno. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processingof personal data and on the free movement of such data (the General DataProtection Regulation or the “Directive”), Act no. 110/2019 Coll., on theprocessing of personal data, Act no. 111/2019 Coll., amending some acts withthe adoption of the Personal Data Protection Act, Act no. 480/2004 Coll., onsome services in the information society, and Act no. 127/2005 Coll., onelectronic communication and other statutory regulations governing theprotection of personal data.
