iOS Developer for VW

Green:Code combines the rich experience of Škoda Auto with the modern, free culture of the Etnetera Group. We develop digital products used by millions of people across the Volkswagen Group.

We are currently expanding our iOS team for a new project: the development of a loyalty module for the VW One App. It will offer users an overview of extended warranties, insurance or service contracts and will be deployed across VW, Audi and Škoda brands.

What will you do?

• develop and integrate new loyalty module features into VW Group applications (VW, Audi and Škoda),
• design and implement user interfaces according to the UX guidelines andbrand manual for each brand,
• work closely with product owners, analysts, designers and testers across teams,
• maintain a high standard of quality - we use SonarQube for static code analysis and Black Duck to check compliance with open source and security requirements,
• work in an agile environment,
• share know-how, give feedback, come up with ideas for improvements and enhance not only the application but also the development process,

What tools does the job involve?

• SwiftUI and Concurrency,
• the app is modularised into individual Packages using Swift Package Manager (SPM). We also use SPM with third-party dependency,
• modules use their own architecture derived from MVVM-C
• CI/CD: GitHub Enterprise  - code reviews, automated builds and unit and snapshot tests,
• design: Figma,
• linting: SwiftLint, Sonar Qube, Black Duck,
• code generation: SwiftGen, Swagger,
• i18n: Phrase,
• agile: Jira, Confluence.

Objective-C, Storyboards, Carthage and CocoaPods are not used at all in this project.
