IT Business Analyst

We’re forming a new team at Green:Code to develop a brand new version of our digital assistant Laura. Laura is set to be more than just a chatbot - she will become a digital guide for customers throughout their entire lifecycle with the Škoda brand. She is a key tool for how Škoda communicates with its customers.

The new Laura will be built using the Google Cloud Platform and connected to our main (communication) channels such as the website or the MyŠkoda mobile app.

We are looking for colleagues who enjoy technology, have an in-depth feel for user experience and want to be present at the birth of a modern AI service with a clear purpose and real impact.

Get involved in developing a brand new product solution that will be used by thousands of customers and will improve their brand experience. You'll have a say in the design of features, technology and deployment. You will work with the team from Skoda Auto and other members of "Team Laura" at Green:Code.

What will you do in our organisation?

• Analyse detailed smaller and larger requirements related to the development of new product functionalities;
• Participate in architecture design;
• Consult and collect customer requirements, analyse them and translate them into IT-speak for your colleagues in the development team;
• Analyse and design business processes;
• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems.
• Collaborate with surrounding teams; and
• Create documentation and ideally model in EA.

What can you do? What (skills) do you have? What do you know?

• How to facilitate workshops with business, but also more technically-focused, colleagues;
• How to create high level concepts, but also use case specifications and business process definitions;
• Knowledge of data and process modelling;
• More advanced IT analysis;
• Native speaker-level communication skills in both Czech and English; and
• Experience working in an agile environment.

What other skills do you have that we would appreciate?

• Knowledge of conversational AIZ;
• Experience with projects for delivery of AI solutions;
• Experience with Archimate, UML, BPMN;
• Practical experience using Sparx Enterprise Architect; and
• Knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform.
