Junior Finance Specialist

We are currently looking for a part-time Junior Finance Specialist to join our Accounting Manager and help her with the day-to-day accounting agenda.

Junior Finance Specialist - Part Time

We are looking for a part-time (50% work commitment) accounting team member to assist with administrative support for our Accounting Manager

What will you be doing? / What will your job entail?

• Contribute to the HR/personnel agenda - arranging employee onboarding and departures;
• Preparing and processing invoices;
• Managing bank transactions;
• Processing business travel accounting and administrative support.

What operations will you be involved in?

• Processing numbers, invoices and bank transactions with precision;
• Work in Excel and be able to bring your own ideas for streamlining processes.

What do we expect?

• An interest in working with numbers and administrative tasks;
• Diligence, responsibility and the ability to work independently;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Work terms and conditions?

• Role: 1/2 time (4 hours per day, 3 times per week in the office);
• Office: in Prague, rest of work done in Home Office set-up;
• Flexible working hours and possibility to work from home
