Technology Lead

At Green:Code we are working on some amazing projects for the automotive industry: from mobile apps to intranet solutions on to car configurators   and backend applications that collect vehicle data or also on AI-based projects. We design ways to make people’s lives simpler and better.

That’s why we’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and experienced colleague: a Technology Lead, who will contribute to the fulfilment of our corporate vision while also helping us define the direction of our technological future.

What will you do in our company?

• Collaborate with clients in planning IT strategies and more comprehensive projects;
• Lead competence teams at Green:Code from a technological perspective;
• Assess project complexity, plan them and integrate them into broader company environments;
• Monitor trends in app development and design, suggest initiatives to our competence teams at Green:Code including innovations related to using AI, SW development, and in other areas;
• Monitor clients’ IT plans and note the technologies that work best for them;
• Set security standards;
• Communicate with the Green:Code team about new, trending IT topics; and
• Collaborate with the best colleagues ever (that’s all of us).

What (skills) you need to have / know / deliver?

• 5 years of programming .NET in Java;
• Knowledge of at least one of these cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud);
• Several years’ experience as an (IT) architect, solution architect, tech lead in a similar role;
• Knowledge of how to function in a corporate environment and strong ability to communicate in such a space;
• Skills in communicating with clients about their needs, in designing high-level solutions, in estimating degree of difficulty and in contributing to cost (price) offers;
• Natural skills as a respected leader who knows how to persuade both their own team and the client of the merits of proposed solutions;
• Innate experience in technical leadership of project teams.

Other desired skills we’re seeking

• Practical knowledge of setting development standards and quality standards;
• Team leadership experience;
• Implementation of TiSAX;
• Security;
• IT Operations / DevOps,
• Overview of technologies used in FE and mobile app development.
