UX Researcher / Tester

What will you do?

• Plan and implement user tests,
• write test scenarios,
• analyse the results of tests and identify opportunities for improvements in the user interface,
• document the results of tests and submit proposals for improving the user experience,
• actively participate in improving the design process.

What must you have or know already?

• At least three years of knowledge of and experience with UX principles and design.
• the ability to independently carry out a user survey and gathering and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data.
• perform user tests and monitor user behavior, add
• tools and methods for both on-site and remote user testing (e.g. usability testing, A/B testing, eye-tracking, heatmaps, etc.,
• tracking, heatmaps, etc.

• data analysis and preparation of reports, including recommendation for improving products,
• experience in the creation of wireframes, UI prototypes and information architecture (Figma, Figjam)
• excellent knowledge of Czech,
• knowledge of English at B2 level.
