COFIT - career day
At the Faculty of Information Technology, ČVUT, we spent the day at our booth and in conversations with students about how we build software for automotive—from analysis and development through testing to deployment and operations. It was a day full of energy, curious questions, and a strong appetite to dive into real projects.
COFIT is a career fair that connects top companies with talented ČVUT students. In practice, that means a day packed with meetings, inspiration, and concrete agreements—whether you’re looking for a first internship, a thesis topic, or want to understand what truly matters in business today.
At our booth, we presented what Škoda IT is responsible for. We discussed how Škoda IT projects deliver value across the company, how collaboration with Green:Code works, and who is responsible for what. We talked about cloud (Azure, AWS, and our first experiments with Google Cloud) and about projects—from AI and automation, through virtual assistants, all the way to application development in general. We also covered how we run experiments/PoCs and what it takes to move them into production.
