Autumn Management Offsite
All our competence leads, management, and delivery teams gathered at the Botanika resort to reflect on how well we’ve been meeting this year’s goals and to discuss where we want to take Green:Code next.
To kick things off, our CEO Václav Bittner put our brains to the test with a series of riddles — knowing what a palindrome is or how things work in Czech fairy tales definitely came in handy.
Over the course of two days, we dove into discussions about ongoing projects, priorities, and how to strengthen collaboration across our competence teams.
And because we know the best ideas often come outside the meeting room, we wrapped things up with some friendly competition — a round of footgolf and a visit to the golf driving range.
