AI crash test for Škoda Auto trainees

What happens when a group of trainees from Škoda Auto visits Green:Code? Well… we definitely don’t let them just sit and listen.

We started with the Green:Code story — why we were founded and what role we play today within Škoda Auto. This part was led by our CEO, Václav Bittner. Afterwards, our amazing Head of HR and chief sparkle distributor, Lenka Králová, took over. She guided our guests through our new offices and made sure they didn’t miss a few small office easter eggs along the way.

Then it was time for the main program. And we didn’t go easy on the trainees — we sent them straight into action.

They faced a prompt crash test, a short dose of theory, and then a mini-hackathon. Four teams received the same challenge ➡ create a polished AI assistant using Škoda GPT. Our guests jumped right in: sleeves rolled up, plenty of ideas, fast iterations, and above all, great energy.
