What happens when 45 IT leaders gather around AI without slides and traditional presentations?
Last week, we had the opportunity to present our AI experience to VW Group Board Member Hauke Stars and global IT leadership. Instead of long slide decks, we chose an interactive format. Smaller groups, open discussions, sharing experiences, and exploring concrete opportunities for how AI can be used in everyday work. We also presented two practical showcases:
1) AI Assistant for Email Management
Helping with calendar organization, task creation, drafting responses, and scheduling meetings.
2) Dashboard Creation Using Vibe Coding
A demonstration of how dashboards can be created within minutes based on the user's current needs.
Events like these show that the greatest value is not created during presentations, but when people share their experiences, challenge established approaches, and explore new ideas together.
