IT Project of the Year competition

Škoda Clip and ŠkodaGPT 2.0 shined in the IT Project of the Year competition

AI that doesn’t stay on slides but truly helps in everyday work – that’s exactly the case with the award-winning project Škoda Clip. An application that uses AI to enable translation, summarization, and text editing directly from your clipboard. No switching, no delays, one click – and it works in any application. The award was accepted by Tomáš Kotrbatý, Business Coordinator Sales IT, and Jiří Rudiš, AI Architect Sales IT.

Among the eight finalists was also the ŠkodaGPT 2.0 project. It is a unified internal platform for generative AI that provides access to modern language models and enables secure work with data for all Škoda Auto employees. The project demonstrates what a scalable AI platform across an entire company can look like.

The award was accepted by Petr Švarc, Head of AI Competence Center, and Daniel Vjačka, AI Delivery Manager.
