AI is changing the way we build software, and Škoda Auto is keeping pace. Škoda Flow Web Library, the component library used across Škoda Auto web projects, now provides a publicly available MCP (Model Context Protocol) server.

Developers are increasingly relying on AI assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor. To generate high-quality code and use components correctly, these assistants need access to documentation. That is exactly what the MCP server provides.

Support for MCP servers was recently introduced in Storybook 10.3, and shortly afterwards we adopted this functionality in Škoda Flow Web Library. The MCP server gives AI agents access to component documentation, APIs, and usage examples, helping them work more effectively with the library and generate more accurate code.

More information, including setup instructions for your AI agent, can be found here.
