Insights and top moments from the event that offered a glimpse into the future
AI will not replace us anytime soon, but those who work with it will be more successful than those who ignore it. This idea resonated throughout our AI event. Whether it’s analysis, development, or testing, AI is no longer just a buzzword – it’s a reality that is changing the rules of the game. And we showed that in all these areas, we play it at the highest level. The entire event was hosted by Vašek Javanský, who kept up a brisk pace and ensured a lively, energetic atmosphere.
Opening speech from the top
Who else should open the entire event than the founder of Green:Code, Václav Bittner? And he did it in great style. Right at the start, he pointed out a key fact – we are facing another technological milestone. Only this time, in a different time frame. Every day, hundreds of new AI-related updates appear across all industries and at every level. AI in development is no longer a question of “if” but “how.” And it was precisely this “how” that we, together with our guests and participants, explored in detail
The future of software analysis: AI as your new colleague
Analysis is an area where the potential of AI is enormous – and perhaps even intimidating. Tomáš Zemanec (TaZ) showed how a potential threat can become a huge opportunity. Simply by illustrating a real example of the analyst’s future role:
On Friday morning, I finished a business consultation and thought that on Monday I needed to come up with a PoC solution to confirm our assumptions. Thanks to the combination of language models and a few smart minds, it was possible to create a PoC in record time that reflected the client’s requirements. We used an agent system while elsewhere people were only starting to talk about it.
The benefits of AI in development: faster, smarter, more creative

AI is not a replacement for developers, but their accelerator. It speeds things up, helps them focus on what matters – and when used correctly, it opens up new possibilities for creativity. Martin Domanský wasn’t worried about his developer “seat” for a second. On the contrary! He demonstrated how AI supplements code, generates unit tests, optimizes software codebase migrations, and above all improves output quality. What is artificial intelligence to him? An assistant that helps a junior, speeds up the progress of a mid-level developer, and challenges a senior.
AI is changing the way we think about code. What used to take hours can now be done in minutes. And regulation? Yes, it’s coming. But Martin sees both sides of the issue. Progress is necessary, but critical thinking must always come first.
Quality first: how AI changes the rules of the game in testing
The QA community may have breathed a sigh of relief: “No more manual work!” Or maybe not? Testing with AI is changing from the ground up. Jakub Faist and Marek Novák showed they definitely haven’t been resting on their laurels. They presented one bomb after another:
🔹 Test scenario generation – fast, precise, structured.
🔹 Automated tests? Just define the framework – done.
🔹 Bug reporting? AI prepares the materials for the report.
🔹 API tests from JSON schema? Instantly!
And what’s next? The guys wrapped up their session with a clear plan – at the next event, they’ll focus on multimodality and agent systems.
Panel discussion: threat or opportunity?
In the panel discussion The Future of Software Development with AI, together with me (Petr Škoda), sat Michal Mátl and Jaroslav Rys – and Vašek Javanský definitely didn’t go easy on us. We discussed how the competencies of developers, testers, and analysts are evolving. One key word stood out: flexibility. Artificial intelligence is rewriting the rules of the game, and adaptation is the only way forward. Václav Bittner also joined the discussion spontaneously, sharing new perspectives and reminding everyone:
It won’t happen overnight. AI is an opportunity for those who learn – and a threat for those who stand still.

Visionary insight: what’s next?
The future of software development? More agile. Smarter. More automated. Martin Holečko reminded us that AI opens doors even to the boldest visions.
The biggest limits aren’t in technology. They’re in our heads.
This final thought sparked a lively discussion that continued during the networking session long into the evening.
What’s next?
After our event, one thing is clear: AI will continue to play an ever-growing role in software development. And we’ll be part of it.
A big thank-you to all presenters and participants – and to our marketing colleagues for their support and coordination.
And I’m sure they would now kindly remind me to add:
Follow us on social media so you don’t miss our next events – they’ll be even bigger and full of inspiration!
We’re looking forward to seeing you!
